Dr. Amir Kadivar

Dr. Kadivar received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1990 from Shiraz University in Iran with honors and has 30 years of experience in all aspects of general dentistry. After immigrating to Canada, he went through the NDEB of Canada and became a qualified dentist in Vancouver.

He has participated in numerous continuing education courses nationally and internationally, including Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry and Invisalign. He is also a member of various professional dental associations and organizations such as CDSBC, CDA, BCDA, IRIMC, VIDA, IDA, etc., which allows him to stay updated and keep pace with changes in the dental field.

He believes in value rather than success and adheres to this Albert Einstein quote, “Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.”

His patients are very important to him and he always tries to build a trustworthy relationship with them.

He is married and has two daughters, who both would love to follow their father in becoming a dentist, and the older one in 2020 was accepted into the UBC Dental program Dental. When he has extra time, he enjoys biking and jogging and loves spending time with his family.
